Fulgence Niyonkuru is social entrepreneur who co-founded many African youth-led organizations aiming at poverty reeducation among the youth. For the past 6 years, he has been working as director at SPANCO, a Nonprofit making organization in Ghana assisting young people (mostly orphans) to access quality education through a partial scholarship scheme he manages since 2011.
He offers consultancy services in Administration for private and cooperate organizations as a policy designer. He has been working with Lifeline Emergency Services Ltd; a company working in emergency preparedness, First Aid training…He is working as a part-time International Crew of World Peace Initiative (WPI) and its project Peace Revolution as a Peace Coach Committee member and serves as Peace Revolution Country Coordinator in Ghana. A devoted writer, Fulgence has authored many books (Novels) and numerous researcher peer-review articles into social entrepreneurship and in youth development and security in Africa. An Ashoka Fellow, he has attended local and international fellowships and summits and has gained enough knowledge in the realm of youth empowerment for these past 6 years. A passionate of Philosophy, he graduated in Philosophy and Social Sciences (BA) at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Ghana) and holds a Master Degree in Social Administration from University For Development Studies, Ghana since 2015. Fulgence has exceptional leadership skills and he is a disciplined, hard working social entrepreneur and has been thriving to lead African Youth Employment Initiatives (AYEI) to its becoming a largely youth-led panafrican organization with an aim of solving numerous issues of unemployment and security issues by improving living conditions of many young people through agriculture seen as a source of revenue and job creation for economic empowerment of both the youth and their nations.
Imo Chinasa U is a Communication and Content Development Expert, she is the co-founder of JustCare Development Initiative, African Youth Employment Initiatives. Her main focus are on Reproductive health, maternal/Child Care, and Youth Empowerment.
She is an activist against Sexual/Domestic violence on women and children.
She has over 7 years experience around Emergency health response, HIV/AIDS prevention and
care, female reproductive health, Social and Behavioral Change Communication. She is a Community health research consultant, and as a social entrepreneur she focuses in programs that empowers women and youth for self reliance and productivity. She is a ONE Africa Champion (www.ONE.org) through this platform, she and other ONE volunteers carry out campaigns that are geared towards eradicating extreme poverty in Africa, she is an Ashoka 2016 Scholar, a Global Citizen, a Yali Regional Fellow, and an SDG Advocate. She volunteered during the Ebola outbreak in Nigeria/Sierra Leone, and currently she is the Project Coordinator (Advocacy, Awareness and Campaigns) for JustCare Development Initiative (www.justcareng.org), Programs Director of African Youth Employment Initiatives.

Harvest Foundation Ghana as Livelihoods Development Advisor, where he supported the Ghana Green Label Standards (GGLS) develop a certification system for small holder farmers in vegetable production, and promotion of diversification of incomes in cereals, livestock production and value addition. I am the Executive Director of Agrinfo Kenya Co. Ltd, which is an agribusiness company registered and operating within the Republic of Kenya and currently expanding operations in East Africa since February 2009. The business of the company is Horticulture for export, organic production in vegetables & fruits, Aquaculture, Poultry production, processing and packaging. Because of my interest in the international markets, passion for youth employment issues and business development engagements, he desires to meet like-minded global partners and young leaders who together, they can move youth development on the fore front to the global picture, helping develop young leaders and facilitate transformation of youth agri-projects into viable attractive investments. He is willing to voluntarily use effectively his skills of; Building & Sustaining working relationships, seeking & sharing knowledge, adaptability, facilitating positive change, strategic Management and Coordination to support this noble idea and initiative, for which sometime back, he created a Facebook page, “YOUNG African Professionals FORUM” as part of his steps to bring young agri-preneurs together.
Mochu Mazwi, was born in Polokwane in Limpopo Province, South Africa. He I hold a National Diploma in management from UNISA, Bachelor of Public Administration Honours from Stellenbosch University and currently completing my last module for my B-Tech Project Management with Tshwane University of Technology and at the same time enrolled for a National Diploma in Mining Engineering with UNISA, he also
completed various certificate course ranging from Work Study, Economics and Public Finance, Human Resource Management, and Office Management. In 2016 I was part of YALI Regional Leadership Southern Africa cohort 3 in the Public Management Track. He stays and works in Pretoria, Gauteng province in South Africa and employed as a Records and Patient Admin Manager by the Gauteng Department of Health (Weskoppies Hospital), a position he has held since August 2015, prior to that he was employed by the Department of Labour where he held various positions which included Project Management Assistant, Human Resource Assistant and Records Officer, was even appointed as project leader. He is currently responsible for the overall strategic planning and implementation under his sub-directorate, resource management, Human resource management, performance monitoring and evaluation, financial management and ensures communication with the stakeholders is strengthened.

NII AYI ANKRAH is a Ghanaian national. He holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, KNUST and Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of Cape Coast, UCC, both in Ghana. He is a research scientist and has assisted in numerous research work ranging from crops and plant breeding to microbiology at the Faculty of Agriculture,KNUST. His interest resides in the field of agriculture, environment and sustainable development. He also has strength in research design, data collection and data analysis. Kayondo Alex is a Ugandan National and apparently working as Finance Manager at V8 Consultancy Ltd. His professional work began in 2008 working with Vine Link Investments as an operations assistant manager basically dealing in Agricultural produce mainly maize, trading to the borders of Tanzania and Democratic Republic of Congo. He has experience in a Finance and Accounting related environment of over 6 years as part of performance oriented, leading teams in delivering improvements in profit and performance oriented companies. He is proven leader who has contributed to financial performance, company-wide productivity, internal controls and financial integrity He has participated and led teams on various business process, improvement initiatives in Rwanda and Uganda in financial institutions, Construction Company and the Consultancy sector with Prism Group of Companies, Cheon Kwang Engineering and Construction Company, Mikisa Group Ltd and V8 Consultancy Ltd He is currently pursuing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Uganda), He holds a Bachelors of Commerce Degree Accounting and Finance from Makerere University.
