Fulgence Niyonkuru

CEO

Trained administrator, Fulgence, a Ghanaian national,  is a social entrepreneur, researcher, and writer. With an MA in Social Administration, and a BA in Philosophy and Social Sciences, he worked with many non-profit and business entities in Ghana and outside Ghana. Fulgence has coached many young Africans to initiate and birth businesses and ventures making a difference today in the realm of youth empowerment, Africa.

Francis Appiah

Ffrancis appiah

finance director 

Francis holds an MSc in Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He worked as a research assistant and supervised many AYEI projects in Ghana and outside Ghana. A specialist in project design and management, Francis works with country coordinators in putting up sustainable Agricultural models. Francis is a skilled researcher and possesses a huge niche of experiences in the field for the past 10 years

Anita. P  Daminuor holds a BSc in Business Administration and majored in  Human Resource Management, she is an entrepreneur and a seasoned youth leader who  belongs to many youth-led associations. Working with Ghana Health Services as HR Manager, Anita has a long-lived experience in Administration

Chinasa

Chinasa Ude imo

communications director 

Chinasa is a Communication and Content Development Expert with over seven years of work experience in the development sector working directly on health interventions targeted at women, children, and adolescent reproductive health. She has been occupying managerial positions of many organizations and institutions in Nigeria and outside Nigeria where her leadership skills have benefited many young people.

Owusu Attah Joseph

JOSEPH ATTAH OWUSU

Operations Director 

Mr. Joseph Owusu Attah is social entrepreneur, an   with a strong foundation in business and leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) from Ghana Baptist University College, where he also played several important roles. His leadership journey continued in the corporate world, where he worked as an Account Manager at Ababio Express Supermarket in Kumasi from 2013 to 2015. Owusu Joined AYEI as Operations Director in 2020 and his contribution has greatly been felt in all areas of the organization’s operations. He has represented the NGO in international conferences, summits and strategic meetings across the globe.

Richmond Amankwah

Innovation and scientific research director 

Richmond is a trained Educationist, an ICT specialist, a seasoned entrepreneur, and a missiologist, he has co-founded many ventures, businesses, and enterprises whose impacts have been countless. His ICT innovations and his experiences in farming  have greatly impacted AYEI’s activities since he joined the Organization as a staff in 2019

iR dR. sHADRACK AMPONSAH

An award winner, Shadrack Amponsah holds a PhD and MSc. degrees in Agricultural Machinery Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana, with specialization in Agricultural machinery design and fabrication, farm machinery evaluation, and post-harvest engineering. A multi award winning leader, he owns businesses and social enterprises positively impacting the youth in aquaculture and its allied services.

lAWYER WILLIAM KUSI

CEO of Dominion Chambers, Lawyer Kusi William is one of the finest lawyers in Ghana with numerous awards in Ghana and Outside Ghana. A distinguished lawyer who has mentored young people from all levels. He is one of the founding fathers of AYEI and has supported its activities since its foundation in 2016, serving as a legal counselor of the NGO, and offering numerous services to the organizations at different levels.  A multi award winning lawyer,  he is also entrepreneur and a farmer.

stella obanyi

Mrs Stella Obanyi, has vast expertise in food security, agricultural research and management, natural resource management with an emphasis on natural resources, crop and livestock, value chains, soil fertility, and water use efficiency in both high-potential and Arid and Semi-arid areas (ASAL) under irrigation. Mrs Obanyi’s working experience makes her one of the rare women who have achieved a lot and who have  great amount of contribution in the agriculture sector. 

very rev. Francis B. C Adjei

A pastor, a farmer, an entrepreneur, a serial accountant, he has served as the managing director of one of the famous auditing firms in Kumasi. As an entrepreneur, he has numerous farming businesses and has assisted farmers in the region since 2000. He is one of the pillars of AYEI as he contributed in cash and in-kind to support the NGO since 2016, serving as a financial advisor. He owns farms employing many young people and he has been awarded severally for his contribution to agriculture.

Musiwa Banda is the initiator of AYEI in Malawi, working to assemble  the youth’s talents and skills in farming to create jobs and eployment opportnity in Malawi.
